Returns and Refunds
We will always do our best to ensure you are happy with the product(s) you have purchased from us. It is your choice to either replace with another of the same product or refund you for the amount. In case of a refund, please call us first during business hours to obtain an authorisation number and return the product within 14 days of purchase to the following address:

Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchased has damaged in transit we will send you a replacement without an extra cost and freight free. Please return the damaged product to the above address for assessment. |
