Shipping Information

All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST.

Cara K uses Australian Post for shipping, ensuring that you will receive your products on time and the parcel can always be tracked. All orders are padded and packed carefully in order for you to receive them in the same condition they left our premises; in perfect condition.

We will offer a flat rate of $5.00 for postage and handling. If you require the products to be sent via Express Post, we will charge you the fee of the Express Post Envelope.
Please note that with orders over $150 you will receive free shipping as our gift to you!!

Delivery times:

Parcel Post: 1-7 working days*
Express Post: 1-3 working days* (email us prior to ordering at info@carak.com.au to request this method of shipping)

Any changes due to import duties or taxes are out of our control and are the responsibility of the receiver.

*Please note that all delivery times may change due to stock availability.

Payment Methods:

  • Pay Online: our security system ensures your credit card and personal details are safe and secure.

  • Pay By Phone: please call us with your order and credit card details on:
    02-9181 4595 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).

  • Pay by Fax: If you wish we can send you an order form where you can enter your order and credit card details and fax it through to us.

  • Direct Deposit: if you wish, you can make your payment via direct deposit.* Please use your order number as reference if you use net bank. Our account details are as follows:

  • Money order or Cheque: to make the payment via money order or cheque, please write your order number at the back of the money order/cheque and make it payable to Cara K and please send it to the following address:*
